摘要
目的建立测定保胎灵片中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm,大连依利特公司),以乙腈-水(12∶88)为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长230 nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.049～0.392μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,r=0.999 1(n=5);平均加样回收率为98.36%,RSD=1.48%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法灵敏、简便、准确、重复性好,可用于保胎灵片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Baotailing Tablets.Methods The condition for HPLC was Zorbax Hypersil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）with acetonitrile and water（12：88） as the mobile phase.The column temperature was set at 35 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The standard cure was linear in the range of 0.049-0.392 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 1（n=5）.The coverage recovery rate was 98.36%,RSD was 1.48（n=6）.Conclusion The method shows sensitive,simple,good accuracy and reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Baotailing Tablets.
