摘要
目的:建立愈银片中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Hypersil BDS C_(18)(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙晴-0.1%磷酸(14:86),流速:1.0ml·ml^(-1),柱温:25℃,检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.20～1.00μg之间线性关系良好,回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单,快速,可用于愈银片中芍药苷的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of paeonitlorin in the Yuyin tablets. Method： HPLC was used with the Hypersil BDS C18 column（ 150mm ×4.6mm,5μm） , the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid （14： 86） , the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^- 1, the column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 230nm. Result： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.2 - 1.0μg. The average recovery was 100.6% with RSD of 1.8% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and can be used for qulity control of this preparation.
