摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定京城牌白凤丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC法,采用CAPCELL PAK C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(12∶88)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷在0.101～0.808μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为101.0%,RSD=1.0%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于京城牌白凤丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine peoniflorin in Jingcheng brand Baifeng pills.Methods The HPLC was applied.CAPCELL PAK C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used as column.The mobile phase was consisted of ACN-0.1% H3PO4（12∶88）.The flow speed was 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range of peoniflorin was 0.101～0.808 μg,r=0.999 9.The average recovery of peoniflorin was 101.0%,and RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Jingcheng Brand Baifeng pills.
