摘要
在西方发达国家,高校科研效率评估已成为高教研究领域的热点问题,评价结果成为相关决策的重要参考信息。我国目前对于高校科研效率评估尚未足够重视,要从根本上保证高校科研生产实现可持续发展,在增加高校科研经费投入的同时,必须对高校科研效率引起足够重视,充分挖掘高校科研投入资源的潜力,努力提高科研产出数量和质量。本文旨在借鉴和吸收国外相关研究的有益经验,为我国高校科研效率评估提供方法论方面的参考。
In the western developed countries, evaluation of universities＇ research activity is a basic issue in the area of higher education research, and the results of assessment play a significant role to related policy maker. Currently, our government pays less attention to the assessment of research efficiency. To ensure the sustainable development of universities＇ research activity, we must pay special attention and improve the quantity and quality of research outputs. We should learn from the useful experience of other countries in order to improve the efficiency assessment of universities＇ research activity in our country.
