摘要
用自行设计的微小型硬质合金齿轮滚刀进行了模数为0.175mm的微小型齿轮滚削加工研究。首先设计了相应模数的微小型齿轮滚刀,并详细阐述该刀具的设计过程,包括刀具材料的选择、结构形式的设计、齿形设计和刀具局部强度的校核等。简述了该滚刀的制造加工工艺,在微小型数控滚齿机上进行了微小型齿轮的滚削加工试验研究。结果表明,采用范成法即采用滚削工艺比仿形法即成形铣削加工出的微小型齿轮具有齿形分布均匀、渐开线齿廓精度高、光洁度好、毛刺少等优点,进一步证明了齿轮范成加工的优越性;微小型齿轮滚刀的合理设计和精确加工是微齿轮成功加工的关键环节和可靠保证;微细滚削加工仍是微小型齿轮批量加工较好的工艺方法之一。
Micro gear hob which module is 0.175mm is designed for the process of micro gear.It is presented that how to design the micro gear including the choice of material,design of structure,tooth profile and check of strength of tip.The manufacturing process of micro gear hob is outlined and the micro gear is processed by the hob in micro CNC hobbing machine.Result shows that the generating method used in hobbing process is better than the profiling method in such as the distribution of the tooth of gear,involute tooth profile,surface finish,less burr.The reasonable design and high precision of micro gear hob is the key of the process of micro gear,micro hobbing process is still a good technology for the batch processing of micro gear.
