摘要
针对实际生产剖分大齿轮齿形加工中常出现的无刀具现象,提出一种用小于被加工剖分大齿轮模数mn的盘形可转位齿轮铣刀代用粗加工齿形,它适用于大模数、非标准模数及单件剖分大齿轮齿形的粗加工。通过齿厚余量分析和加工实例,验证了加工方法的可行性。
Due to usual absence of the cutter during machining tooth profile of the split gear in actual production, the paper proposed to replace the cutter with a disc rotary milling cutter whose module was less than the module mn of the cutter should be applied to rough machining of the tooth profile. The method was applied to rough machining of the tooth profile of large-module gear, non-standard profile and single split gear. Analysis on allowance of the tooth thickness and actual machining example verified the feasibility of the method.
