摘要
介绍与论述了微制造工艺的发展方向和微制造的一种新途径——根据分子生物学原则 ,设计和合成或通过分子克隆制备生物聚合物 。
This review addresses a new development direction and a new approach of microfabrication technology, i.e. the self-assembly of biopolymers with electronic, photoelectric or mechanical characters which are designed and synthesised or made by molecular cloning to form MEMS or Microsystems.
