高压往复泵曲轴疲劳强度分析及设计改进 被引量:10

Fatigue Strength Analysis and Design Improvement of High Pressure Reciprocating Pump Crankshaft

摘要 对某型号三缸单作用往复泵各机构进行运动和受力分析,得到曲轴载荷变化规律;选取两种最危险工况对曲轴进行有限元分析,得到曲轴的应力分布情况,并对曲轴进行疲劳强度校核;结果表明该曲轴疲劳强度安全系数未满足要求,从理论上验证了曲轴发生断裂的实际情况;基于有限元分析,提出两种改进设计方案,并验证其满足疲劳强度要求。 In this paper,the kinematics and stress analyses of the crank in a three-cylinder single-acting reciprocating pump were conducted,and then the load of crankshaft is obtained.Based on the result of the kinematics and stress analyses,the finite element analysis of the crankshaft was carried out with two dangerous working conditions.The results indicated that the fatigue safety coefficient cannot meet demand and this finding verifies the theoretical possibility of crankshaft fracture.Two improved schemes are given based on the results of finite element analysis and those improved schemes meet the demand of fatigue strength.
