摘要
介绍了一种新型的盾构机种——液压缸驱动的偏心盾构,是一种不同于往常使用的盾构机种.主要区别在于刀盘的驱动及结构形式.通过对刀盘受力进行分析,推导出盾构刀盘转速、阻力矩、切向力及液压缸流量之间的相互关系,并找出在工作过程中这些参数的合理值,为盾构控制系统的研究提供参考.
A new kind of shield machines is introduced——developing parallel link excavating shield (DPLEX). The difference between old shield machine and DPLEX is the driving system and structure of the cutter. Mechanics analysis has built the relations among rotate speed, resistance, tangential force and the hydraulic cylinder flux. These works lay a base for the future research of the controlling system of DPLEX.
