摘要
近年来,在我国劳动力市场上针对女性就业存在歧视的现象越来越严重。这就需要我们深入研究就业性别歧视的相关问题,从而尽快完善劳动者的就业坏境,实现劳动者的平等就业。因此,要借鉴发达国家解决就业歧视问题的相关经验,结合我国的具体现实,运用法律解决我国女性就业歧视问题。
In recent years,in our country's labor market there is discrimination against women employment which is increasingly serious.This will require in-depth study of employment discrimination issues related to improving workers' employment as soon as possible,and equal employment for workers.Therefore,we must learn from the developed countries to solve the problem of employment discrimination related experience,combined with the concrete facts and laws to solve the problem of discrimination against women's employment policy.
