摘要
隐性知识共享作为隐性知识管理的重要一环是政府成功实施隐性知识管理的关键。为实现政府部门公务员之间隐性知识的有效共享,提高政府部门的决策和管理能力,本文首先对影响公务员隐性知识共享的因素进行了梳理;接着通过G1法确定了各因素对公务员隐性知识共享的隐性程度;进而在此基础上提出了公务员隐性知识共享的相应策略,从而为实现公务员之间的隐性知识共享提供有益的帮助。
Tacit knowledge sharing is the key step in the tacit knowledge management.In order to achieve the purpose of tacit knowledge sharing among civil servant,this paper first summarized the factors which might affect tacit knowledge sharing,and then using the G1 method determined the weight of each factor,at last,based on the above work,proposed strategies on the tacit knowledge sharing among civil servant,which can help government to improve their decision-making and management capacity.
