摘要
知识在知识主体间的分布是不对称的 ,需要知识共享。知识社会的到来使知识共享在知识管理中的地位与作用日益突出。本文主要讨论了知识共享的形式 ,知识共享的障碍和知识共享的机制 ,并提出了知识共享的对策。
Knowledge is asymmetrically distributed among knowledge bodies,therefore,knowled ge sharing is inevitable.The coming of knowledge society makes the position and role of knowledge sharing in knowledge management become increasingly prominent. This paper mainly discusses the types of,the obstacles to and the mechanism of k nowledge sharing.Countermeasures for knowledge sharing are also put forward.
