摘要
目的:探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与胎盘生长因子(PLGF)在子痫前期患者胎盘滋养细胞中的表达及两者在发病机制中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化法检测30例正常妊娠及68例子痫前期患者TGF-β1与PLGF的表达强度。结果:重度子痫前期组TGF-β1的表达强度明显高于正常妊娠组、轻度子痫前期组(P<0.05),PLGF的表达强度明显低于正常妊娠组、轻度子痫前期组(P<0.05),TGF-β1与PLGF的表达在各组中呈负相关。结论:TGF-β1与PLGF不仅与子痫前期患者胎盘浅着床有关,并且还参与调节了子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞和血管内皮细胞的生长发育分化过程,并在疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥了重要作用。
Objective:To explore the expressions of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and placental growth factor(PLGF) in placental trophoblastic cells of patients with preeclampsia,and their roles in pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of TGF-β1 and PLGF in placental trophoblastic cells of 30 normal pregnant women and 68 patients with preeclampsia.Results:The expression level of TGF-β1 in severe preeclampsia group was significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group and mild preeclampsia group(P0.05);the expression level of PLGF in severe preeclampsia group was significantly lower than those in normal pregnancy group and mild preeclampsia group(P0.05);there was negative correlation between TGF-β1 expression and PLGF expression in the three groups.Conclusion:TGF-β1 and PLGF are related to placental shallow implantation of patients with preeclampsia,and they participate in the regulation of growth,development and differentiation of placental chorionic trophoblastic cells and vascular endothelial cells in patients with preeclampsia,which play important roles in the course of occurrence and development of preeclampsia.
