摘要
分析了直线开关磁阻电机的结构和工作原理,针对传统的光电传感器所存在的问题提出了一种应用于直线开关磁阻电机发电控制系统的直接位置检测传感技术,设计了功率变换器主电路和基于单片机的控制系统。结合三相6/4结构的直线开关磁阻电机,采用旋转直流电机作为原动机拖动直线开关磁阻电机次级作直线往复运动进行发电试验,模拟海洋潮汐发电,实现了电机的发电运行控制。试验结果验证了设计目标。
The structure and working principle of linear switched reluctance of motor were analyzed on the prob-lems of traditional position sensors.A new direct position sensor in linear switched reluctance motor drive system was proposed.The main circuit of power converter and control system based on single-chip were designed.The generating experiments and tests were on the three-phase 6 /4 structure linear switched reluctance motor,the circumrotate DC motor as the the new position detection was employed to force the motor move and generate.Simulated the generation of ocean tidal,achieve operational control of the motor’s generation.The experimental results verified the goal of de-sign.
