摘要 以三相12/8极开关磁阻电机(SRM)为对象,采用TMS320LF2407A作为主控芯片,选用不对称半桥式功率变换器并设计了驱动电路、位置检测电路及相电流检测电路等。建立了软件控制状态流程图和双闭环速度控制策略,其中速度环采用分数阶PI控制算法。该控制系统能够实现平稳启动、连续变速及反转等功能,且具有系统快速稳定、结构简单可靠和鲁棒性强等特点。通过实验验证了控制系统的鲁棒性和控制策略的可行性。 Taking three-phase 12 / 8 pole switched reluctance motor as the object,the asymmetry half bridge power converter is selected to design the drive circuit,position detection circuit and phase current detection circuit by using TMS320LF2407 A main control chip as the main control chip. The software control state flow chart and double close loop speed regulation control strategy are also established. In addition,the speed outer loop is designed by using the fractional order PI control algorithm. The control system can realize the functions as smooth starting,continuous shifting speed,and reverse run. It has characteristics of high-speed,stability,simple and reliable structure and strong robustness. The robustness of control system and feasibility of the control strategy are verified by the experiments.
