摘要
应用RD、Hep-2、L20B细胞对64株已知病毒和73份粪便标本悬液进行脊髓灰质炎病毒(PV)分离鉴定及效价滴定.实验结果证明,L20B细胞具有很好的特异性,用该细胞检测已知病毒标本,PV检出率达100%;检测粪便标本悬液PV检出率可达13.70%,均高于RD、Hep-2细胞的检出率,而对其它肠道病毒均不增殖.用RD、L20B进行病毒分离优于RD、Hep-2,用前者PV检出率可提高4.11%.从29株病毒效价滴定结果分析,三种细胞对病毒的敏感度依次为RD>L20B>Hep-2.
The RD, Hep-2 and L20B Cells were separately used for poliovirus isolation,identification and virus titration of 73 stool specimens and also for 64 other known viruses. The results shoed that L20B oh possesses very good specificity,it gave a 100% detedion rate ofpoliovirus in the known specimens and 13.7% in stool suspension, that were all higher than thatby RD and Hep-2 oh. None of the enteroviruses replicated in L20B Cells. Using RD and L20BCells to virus isolation is superior to an and Hep-2 Cells, they could raise the detection rate ofpoliovirus by 4.1 1%. For titration of 29 strains of virus, the RD, Hep- 2 and L20B Cells showed different degree of sensitivity, they may rank as RD>L20B>Hep-2.
