摘要
可靠性强化试验技术把故障或失效作为研究的主要对象,通过发现、研究和根治故障达到提高可靠性的目的。它通过选择试验应力、激发缺陷、失效检测、失效分析改进和验证的一系列过程,用于在设计阶段提高产品的固有可靠性。因此可探索将可靠性强化试验技术应用于弹药储存性设计,而可靠性强化试验技术中失效与弹药储存性失效一致性则是将可靠性强化试验技术应用于弹药储存性设计的先决条件。研究指出,弹药的电子部件、机械部件强化应力下的失效与储存失效在机理和模式上具有一致性。
Reliability enhancement testing takes the malfunction or failure as the study target,and aims to improve the reliability through finding,studying and curing the malfunction.To improve the inherent reliability the testing has to go through a series of processes of selecting stress,stimulating the defect,failure detection and failure analysis correction and improvement in the designing stage.So this technology can be explored to apply it in designing ammunition storage.The precondition is the consistency of invalidation of the RET and ammunition storage.The study indicated that the in strengthened stress and storage invalidations of electronic and mechanical components of ammunition had consistency in mechanism and mode.
