It′s very important for a company to occupy the market with maturity product in shorter time. On the other hand, customer never stops to seek for the lower price and higher quality product. Highly accelerated life test (HALT) and highly accelerated stress screen (HASS) are two processes that could provide tools for quickly uncover problems in design and production phases of products.
