摘要
加速可靠性试验是一项新兴的试验技术,通过引入加速试验条件,可以提高可靠性试验的费效比。从全寿命周期管理的需求出发,对加速可靠性试验技术进行了简要的介绍,讨论了加速可靠性试验对于加强军品质量控制的作用,介绍其研究现状,并对如何深入开展加速可靠性试验的研究与应用工作提出建议。
Accelerated reliability testing is an new testing technology that will improve the ratio of the cost and efficiency through the introduced accelerated testing condition. In this paper, the accelerated reliability testing technology is briefly introduced from the viewpoint of total life cycle management of weapons and equipments, and the role of accelerated reliability testing in the improvement of quality control of military products is discussed. The status of accelerated reliability testing research is presented, and the recommendations on how to promote the research and application of accelerated reliability testing are provided.
