摘要
对转底炉处理含锌粉尘进行了实验室研究,通过设计正交试验考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间及配煤量对含锌粉尘脱锌率、金属化率、磁选精矿产率以及铁回收率的影响。试验结果表明最佳工艺参数为:焙烧温度1 350℃,焙烧时间25 min,配煤量6%。在此条件下的脱锌率和金属化率分别高达99.29%和99.68%,精矿产率为46.57%,铁回收率为95.46%。对经过最优方案焙烧并磁选处理后的精矿进行XRD分析,发现其主要物相为金属铁,并且没有含锌物相的衍射峰出现,可见此方案对含锌粉尘的处理效果最佳。
The direct reduction of zinc dust by rotary hearth furnace was studied in laboratory.Orthogonal experiment was designed to investigate the effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,and the amount of blending coal on dezincing degree,metallization degree,concentrate degree,and iron recovery degree.The optimal process parameters are as follows: the roasting temperature is 1350℃,the roasting time is 25min,and the blending pulverized coal is 6%.Under this condition,the dezincing degree and metallization degree are up to 99.29% and 99.68%,respectively,the concentrate degree is 46.57%,and the iron recovery degree is 95.46%.Through analyzing the concentrates by XRD,which has been pretreated by the optimal scheme roasting and magnetic process,it is found that the main phase in the concentrates is iron and no diffraction peak which represents the composition bearing zinc,this scheme has good effect on the disposal of zinc dust.
