摘要
焦虑是影响演讲效果的一个重要情感因素。基于英语演讲课堂教学实践,本文探讨学习者培训对降低大学生英语演讲焦虑的效果。研究结果表明:基于英语演讲课堂教学的学习者培训兼顾了英语演讲语言水平、非语言技能、心理等方面,有助于改进演讲策略,降低演讲焦虑水平,提高演讲效果。
Anxiety is an important affective variable that influences the effectiveness of public speaking. Based on the classroom instruction of English Public Speaking, this paper explores the effectiveness of learner training in reducing college students' English public speaking anxiety. It summarizes the findings of the study as follows: the classroombased learner training program covers the verbal, non-verbal and affective aspects involved in English public speaking, and helps improve English public speaking strategies, reduce speaking anxiety and promote the ability to deliver English speches.
