摘要
目的:通过对中学教师心理健康的影响因素的分析,探讨社会支持、人格在生活事件-心理健康关系中的作用。方法:采用生活事件量表、社会支持问卷、艾森克个性问卷、SCL-90对526名中学教师(男199,女327)进行评估。结果:逐步回归分析表明,心理健康的影响因素主要有生活事件、社会支持、艾森克人格维度中的神经质,其标准回归系数分别为0.6633、-0.1568、0.3486。进一步的交互作用分析、通径分析表明,生活事件、社会支持、人格对心理健康的影响作用是彼此独立的,无交互作用存在。结论:生活事件、社会支持、人格对心理健康的影响作用是直接的,未发现社会支持、人格可缓冲生活事件对心理健康的不良影响。
Objective:To examine the effects of social support and personality in the relationship betweenlife events and mental health.Method: A total of 526 high school teachers were assessed with SCL-90, Life Events Scale (LES), Social support Network Inventory (SSNI) and EPQ. Results:By stepwise regression analysis, the factors affecting mental health were found to be life events, social support and neuroticism in EPQ, and their corresponding standard regression coefficient was 0.6633,-0.1568 and 0.3486. Further interaction and path analysis revealed relatively independent effects of these factors on mental health.Conclusion: The effects of social support and personality on mental health are directly. There is no evidence that social support or personality can buffer the impacts of life events on mental health.
