摘要
建筑业农民工为我国建筑业的发展作出了巨大贡献,但从整体上来看,建筑业农民工文化水平较低,职业技能匮乏。建筑业农民工培训严重不足。部分农民工重视程度不够,一些用工单位的短视,少数主管部门政策落实不到位,培训师资及培训内容欠缺,以及培训经费不足,都是建筑业农民工培训不足的原因。应该从这些方面提高农民工的职业技能。
The construction migrant workers have made great contributions to the construction industry in China.But from the whole point of view,migrant construction workers＇ cultural level is low,and they lack of vocational skills.Some migrant workers＇ not attaching importance to the training,some labor units＇ nearsightedness,a small number of government departments＇ absence,lacking of training teachers and shortcomings of training contents,and lacking of training funds,may be the reasons of insufficiency of construction migrant workers training.We should solve the problems from these aspects.
