摘要
针对现阶段建筑业农民工转移培训中存在的问题,提出用市场需求推动农民工参加培训的积极性,改变建筑安装工程费用组成以确保资金来源,通过实名制对培训和鉴定及培训补助发放进行监督等对策。
In view of the problems existing in the transfer training of peasant workers in construction industry, this paper proposes that market demand can push peasant workers to attend the training voluntarily, that engineering expense of construction can be changed to ensure the sources of funds and that supervising training, evaluation as well as public subsidy can be achieved through real-name system.
