摘要
在改善合成纤维的性能以及开发合纤新品种的过程中,较为便捷的途径之一就是对纺丝组件内部结构进行改进设计.本文主要针对纺丝组件中喷丝板的孔型结构进行改进设计,即将不同孔径、不同截面形状的喷丝孔同时分布于同一块喷丝板上进行分析与实验研究,重点研究了一种带有锥型孔结构的喷丝板,通过纺丝实验探讨不同喷丝孔孔型以及不同孔型结构的组合对纺制纤维丝束的各项性能指标所产生的影响.
In order to improve the performance of synthetic fibers and develop new varieties of synthetic fiber,a convient way to improve the internal structure of the spinning component was discussed in the paper. This paper focused on the exploration of the spinneret with tapered pore structure. Different apeture and section shape spinning loles were distributed in the same spinnent to spin fibers. Based on it,the impact of the different spinneret hole type and the combination of different hole structure on the fiber properties was dissussed.
