摘要
通过对圆盘静态混合器的混合机理进行研究,对原有纺丝组件进行改进设计,即替换掉纺丝组件内原有的过滤砂并采用圆盘静态混合器结构.通过理论研究、工厂实验及对所纺制的纤维丝束进行测试,结果表明,圆盘静态混合器具有操作简便、共混见效快与共混均匀性好等优点.采用装设圆盘静态混合器的纺丝组件进行纺丝生产,具有一定的可行性.
Through the study of mixing mechanism of static mixer,the improved design of the original spinning components was discussed which replaced filter sand and adopted disk spinning components in the original structure of static mixer.Based on the theoretical research,factory experimental and the test result of the spinning fiber tow,the advantages of simple operation,quick blend and blend uniformity and so on were obtained.It was proved that using installation spinning production component of the static mixer had a certain degree of feasibility.
