摘要
讨论了纺制异形异纤异收缩纤维用的喷丝板的微孔锥形出口几何形状的设计 ,纺丝实验证明 ,在常规纺丝条件下 ,用带有锥形孔的喷丝板并改变结构参数 ,可生产三异纤维。
The geometric design of conical orifice was studied for heteroshape-heterofineness-heteroshrinkage fiber. The experimental results showed that heteroshape-heterofineness-heteroshrinkage fiber could be produced with conical-hole spinneret by changing the structural parameters. The effects of the structure of conical-hole spinneret on the properties of the resulted fiber were analyzed.
