摘要
校企合作共建生产性实训基地,可以为职业院校有效实施工学交替人才培养模式提供良好的平台。结合淮安地区经济发展水平、卫生结构特点及学校检验专业特点,淮阴卫生高等职业技术学校积极寻求企业支持,共同建立医学检验校内生产性实训基地,通过对外服务企业化、人力资源共享化、课程开发项目化、理论实践一体化、技能内容综合化、训练程序"三习化"等运行机制,收到了良好的社会效应。
To construct productive practice training base by cooperation of schools and enterprises can provide good platform for vocational schools carrying out the talent cultivation model of working and learning alternation.Combining with the economic development level,medical structure characteristics and the characteristics of inspection specialty of Huai＇an,Huaiyin higher vocational and technical school actively seeked for support from enterprises and built the productive practice training base for medical inspection inside school by cooperation with enterprises,which has achieved good social effects through integration of theory with practice,etc.
