摘要
校企共建校内生产性实训基地是全面推行工学结合人才培养模式的必然要求,是充分发挥基地功能、解决建设资金短缺和保障基地管理企业化的需要。校企共建校内生产性实训基地必须解决高职院校服务优势欠缺、企业认识不足和政府作用缺失等问题,并形成校企"共建、共享、共赢"的良好局面。
The collegiate productive practical training base co- constructed by college and enterprise is the requirement to comprehensively implement the personnel training pattern of combining learning with working, it is also a demand of developing positive role of the base, solving the problems of fund shortage in construction, thus guar teen the base to be managed like enterprise. To realize the collegiate productive practical training base co - constructed by college and enterprise, we must solve many problems just like service advantage＇ s deficiency in higher vocational colleges, enterprise＇s insufficient understanding on it and absence of government function, thus achieving ＂co - construction, co - share and all - win＂.
