Regional planning is an important combination of theory and practice in geography. It exerts tremendous influence upon optimization and distribution of productive elements, smooth development of regional economy as well as harmonious relationship between human and nature. Based on the concept and part of planning, the paper has a superficial study on the main content and analytic logics, benefiting a better knowledge to planning.
