摘要
[目的]为牛乳中微量元素营养价值的研究提供参考。[方法]采用稀释法处理纯牛奶样品,并采用火焰原子分光光度法测定了纯牛奶中锌元素的含量。[结果]纯牛奶中锌元素的含量为6.25 g/ml。该方法的加标回收率为104.0%,精密度(样品相对标准偏差RSD)为0.61%。[结论]该法样品前处理简便、快捷,测定结果准确,适用于纯牛奶中锌含量的测定。
[Objective] The aim was to provide reference for studies on nutritive value of trace elements in milk.[Method] Pure milk sample was treated by dilution method,and Zn content in the pure milk was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result] The content of Zn in the pure milk was 6.25 g/ml.The recovery of standard addition of this method was 104.0%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of sample was 0.61%.[Conclusion] The method has simple sample pretreatment and accurate determination result,so it is suitable for the determination of Zn content in pure milk.
