摘要
文中在对某高校物流管理专业人才培养模式分析的基础上,将实现大规模定制的模块化和延迟策略引入到该专业的人才培养模式中,以使学生的专业知识多样化从而尽可能满足用人单位的实际需求同时减少教学管理中的复杂性,提高教学效率和就业率。
This paper analyzed the modes of logistics management professional of certain college in the first place,and then the new mode of professional foster concept is proposed by introducing the modularity and postponement so as to enrich the knowledge of most logistic management students and reduce the complexity of teaching management.
