摘要
基于本科专业建立基层学术组织是导致我国大学专业调整困难的主要原因。借鉴制造业的成功经验,在我国高等教育系统中引入敏捷性的概念,可以显著提高大学在本科生培养中快速低成本响应社会需求的能力。实施敏捷高等教育必须把学科作为实体性的基层学术组织,各个学科为本科教学提供各自学术领域的课程;把专业看作课程的组合,以虚拟组织的方式在学院平台上运作。
In our higher education institutions, fundamental acaclemlc organlzauons are built on undergraduate programmes,which is a maior problem causing the difficulty in adjusting programmes. According to the experience from manufacturing industry,the concept of agility should be introduced to higher education system in order to improve the capability of colleges to response the human resource needs in society quickly at low costs in undergraduate education. In promoting agility of higher education, fundamental academic organizations should be built on disciplines, which deliver courses in their own academic fields. Undergraduate programmes should be considered as a combination of courses,and operate as virtual organizations on the platform of schools in higher education institutions.
