摘要
现代公共图书馆是保障社会信息公平的机构或制度,是促进社会包容与社会和谐的重要载体。公共图书馆社会包容使命的切实发挥不仅需要理念的更新,还需要从理念到制度安排和服务实践层面都贯穿着包容的力量与精神。服务制度中体现社会包容性,服务实践中贯穿社会包容性,图书馆应创建包容性人文环境,促进人与人的和谐相处。
Modern public library is an organization or system for social information equity and an important carrier for social inclusion promotion and social harmony.To effectively exert the mission of public library inclusion is not only need to renovate the ideal,but also run through the power and spirit of inclusion during the ideal and system arrangement to the level of service practices.The social inclusion embodied in the service system,ran through in the service practices,as well as the library creates inclusiveness human environment to promote the harmony between human being.
