摘要
图书馆是体现社会包容的重要载体,而服务是图书馆存在的理由。社会包容理念的核心是宽容和公正,这一理念要求图书馆在其管理和服务中必须避免政治排斥、人格排斥、设施排斥和制度排斥。
The library is an important carrier that embodies social inclusion and service is the ground of the library for its existence. The core of social inclusion is tolerance and justice. This concept requires that the library avoid political exclusion, personal rejection, facilities exclusion and institutional exclusion during its management and service.
