摘要
文章围绕心肾核心说探讨了肾虚衰老症、心脑血管病的病因病机、治则治法。人体的生命活动是肾系统产生精气,为人体提供能源,心系统输布精气,为人体消耗能源的过程。二者对立互根,一方失和、互相影响。肾虚精亏、血脉瘀阻成为肾虚衰老症、心脑血管病重要的病机,治则当以通脉强肾为主,强调心、肾同治,补虚化瘀。
The article discussed the pathogenesis and treatment by using heart-kidney centric theory.In human body,kidney produces essential qi and producesenergy source for human body;heart transports the essential qi and is the physiologic mechanism of transport of energy source.The opposition,waxing and wanning,mutual rooting of them reflect the development rules cardio-cerebrovascular disease and degenerative disease induced by kidney deficiency.The major treating rules should focus on the method of promoting blood circulation and nourishing kidney,and emphasize to treat heart and sidney at the same time,to tonify sidney and elimination of blood stasis.
