摘要
张艳教授认为,慢性心力衰竭属本虚标实之证,本虚以心气虚衰、肾气亏损为主,标实以瘀血内阻为重,临床往往虚实夹杂,虚实俱重。在治疗上独出己见,提出"心肾同治,气血同调"的治则。心肾同治以补益心肾为重,气血同调以益气活血为佳。用补法扶正以调和脏腑气血、阴阳的平衡,用益气活血法缓标证之急,寓通于补,补而不滞,气血畅通。
Professor ZHANG Yan thinked that chronic heart failure belonged to syndrome of asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality, asthenia in origin is mainly for heart qi deficiecy and kidney qi deficiecy asthenia in superficiality manifested as internal obstruction of blood stasis, asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality were combined in the clinical observation. Professor ZHANG Yan puts forward a rule of treatment that treating heart and kidney, harmonizing qi and blood. Harmonizing qi and blood means reinforcing heart and kidney, regulating qi and blood simultaneously means reinforcing qi and activating blood. Using reinforcing healthy qi method to regulate balance of yin and yang, using reinforcing qi and activating blood method to treat emergency of asthenia in superficiality syndrome, intending to dredge for reinforcing without stagnation, unblock qi and blood.
