摘要
胸痹心痛是临床常见的疾病之一,严重影响人类的健康和生存质量。现代研究将其归属于冠心病心绞痛等研究范畴,祖国医学早在先秦两汉时期就对其有着一定认识,隋·巢元方在《诸病源候论》中继张仲景的《金匮要略》后对胸痹心痛又一次进行了全面概括,就《诸病源候论》一书中关于胸痹心痛的记载展开探析,简要归纳巢元方对胸痹心痛的认识。
Chest Bi syndrome and heartache is one of the common clinical diseases, serious impacting human health and quality of life. Modern research is to be attributed to angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and other research are- as. Early in the Qin and Han Dynasties, TCM has the certain understanding. CHAO Yuanfang gave a comprehensive sum- mary for chest Bi syndrome and heartache in General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases after ZHANG Zhongjing＇ s Synopsis of Golden Chamber. In this paper, we discussed the understanding of CHAO Yuanfang about chest Bi syndrome and heartache in General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases.
