摘要
在参考相关设备图像预处理资料的基础上,提出了焊接缺陷图像预处理系统的总体设计方案。选择了图像预处理的内容和方法(运用MatLab工具进行图像灰度化、图像增强、图像平滑及图像锐化等),设计确定了图像预处理的相关参数。利用Microsoft Visual Basic6.0语言对预处理系统进行了开发,实现VB与MatLab的无缝集成。通过该系统的处理,得到噪声干扰少,图像对比度高,视觉效果较好的焊接缺陷图像。
After referring to relevant equipments and information related to image preprocessing,the paper puts forward the general design scheme of image preprocessing system for welding defects.It chooses the content and methods of image preprocessing (using Matlab tools for image grayscale,image enhancement,image smoothing and image sharpening etc.),as well as designs and determines the parameters related to image preprocessing.In addition,Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 language is used to develop the preprocessing system,so as to achieve the seamless integration of VB and Matlab.The application of the preprocessing system reduces the noise disturbance and obtains the welding defect image with higher contrast and better visual effects.
