摘要
文章通过分析农业、农村的概念,根据新农村建设"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的总体目标,将新农村信息化建设分为农业信息化、农村信息化建设两部分,并提出新农村信息化建设体系。阐述了农业信息化、农村信息化内涵及任务,同时,也辨析了二者的关系,农业信息化和农村信息化相互影响,交叉促进,统一于新农村信息化建设。
In this paper, through the description of the concept of agriculture and rural and according to the total goal of new rural areas construction about production development, living well-off, high level of civilization in rural areas, the clean village and democratic management, the task of the new rural informationization construction is divided into two parts： agricultural informationization and rural areas informationization construction. The essence and tasks of agricultural and rural informationization are elaborated; meanwhile, the analysis of the relationship between the two is given. They influence and cross-promote each other and belong to new rural informationization construction.
