摘要
20 0 1年 10月 ,在农业部第七届科技委二次全体会议上 ,我曾以“精细农业发展研究的思考”为题撰文在大会上进行学术交流。本文在近 2年来进行精细农业试验实践与深化国际科技交流基础上作了进一步修改后应约发表 ,以便和农业科技界从事有关发展与技术创新研究的同仁们共同探讨。文中介绍了 2 0世纪 90年代中期以来“精细农业”试验研究与有关产业技术发展的趋势和面临的科学技术问题 ,浅谈对“精细农业”技术思想内涵的理解及在我国开展试验研究与推进技术创新研究的思考。“精细农业”作为一种基于信息和知识管理农业生产系统的新理念 ,它的实践 ,对于推动应用信息技术改造和提升我国传统农业与农业装备技术水平 ,倡导科学经营与管理农业生产过程的新思路 ,发展面向农业生产的信息技术应用研究和实现农业可持续发展 ,都具有革命性的意义。精细农业在我国的试验实践与应用推广 ,将是一个渐进的发展过程。加强面向农业生产过程管理服务的信息化技术创新和结合国情的有关技术装备开发研究 ,促进科技交流和新技术知识传播 ,在大学相关学科专业开设有关课程和培养专门人才 ,都将有重要促进作用。
In October 2001, I had presented a paper with title of “Thinking Through the Development Research on Precision Agriculture” at the Annual Meeting of S & T Commission, Ministry of Agriculture. This paper was revised based on the original presentation with the experiment practice and international academic exchange in the past two years. It introduces the advance and S & T problems faced in the development, and describes author's understanding and some points of view for the promotion of technologies innovation research. “Precision Agriculture” is a new concept to manage agricultural production system based on information and knowledge. Its practice will promote applied research for reconstruction of conventional agriculture and improvement of agricultural equipment technical level. It has revolutionary meanings for initiation of agricultural production process scientific management and agricultural sustainable development. The extension of precision agriculture in China will be developed gradually in due order. It is required to enhance applied information technology innovation research based on domestic condition. To promote international academic exchange and knowledge extension, and setting up related new courses and manpower training are quite important for the progress.
