摘要
介绍混凝沉淀—水解酸化—CAST工艺处理食品工业废水的工程实例,针对食品工业废水的特点,说明该工艺具有运行方式灵活、占地面积小、耐冲击负荷,适合小规模污水处理,用于治理食品工业废水是合理和有效的。
The paper investigate into food industry wastewater treatment effect by applying the coagulation and sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification(CAST)process. Case study results suggests the CAST technology has advantages of flexible operation, modest land use restraints, higher shocking wave resistance, and small-scale wastewater treat ment orientated . It is therefore regarded as one of effective and efficient ways in food industry wastewater treat ment.
