摘要
以广西某工业区废水处理工程为例,采用纳米陶瓷膜污水处理工艺,对园区废水处理工艺进行提标改造,并对运行效果和经济效益进行了分析和总结。运行结果表明,改造后出水可稳定达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级A标准,污水处理成本降低,处理成本从改造前1.03元/t降低到约为0.641元/t,经济、环境和社会效益明显。
Taking the wastewater treatment project of an industrial park in Guangxi as an example, the nano ceramics membrane sewage treatment technology was adopted to treat the industrial park wastewater for upgrading and reconstruction, and the operation effect and economic benefit were analyzed and summarized. The results showed that the effluent quality met the requirements of 1A grade standard of Discharge Standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918-2002) after reconstruction, and the sewage treatment Costs reduced from 1.03 yuan/t to 0.641 yuan/t which showed obvious economic, environmental and social benefits.
