摘要
不锈钢冷轧含酸、含铬废水中存在Fe2+、Cr3+、Mn2+、Ni2+、F-等离子且显强酸性,现主要利用"预处理+石灰中和+曝气氧化"法对其进行处理,最终使废水达标排放,混合污泥经板框压滤机压制成泥饼。通过制定实验方案采用液碱代替石灰乳开展实验室烧杯实验,对不锈钢冷轧含酸、含铬废水实施金属离子和氟离子分段处理,实验结果表明,不仅处理后的废水水质可达到排放标准的要求,而且分段处理得到的重金属污泥与氟化物污泥可分别回收利用,提高了污泥综合回收利用率。
The stainless steel cold rolling wastewater containing acid and chromium is strongly acidic. Ions, such as Fe2+, Cr3+, Mn2+, Ni2+, F- etc. could be found in it. The pretreatment+lime neutralization+aeration oxidation process has mainly been used for treating this kind of wastewater. Finally the wastewater reaches the discharge standard, after the mixed sludge was pressed into mud cake with a plate and frame filter press. The stainless steel cold rolling wastewater containing acid and chromium is treated in different (metallic ions and F ions) segments by using liquid alkali,instead of lime milk ,for carrying out laboratory beaker experiments. The experimental results show that the water quality of the treated wastewater can meet the requirements of the discharge standard. The heavy metal sludge and fluoride sludge obtained in different segments can be recycled respectively. The integrated recycling rate of sludge has been improved.
