摘要
以某工业园区高盐废水处理回用工程(设计规模6 000 m^3/d)为例,介绍了通过采用传统工艺与反渗透技术相结合的方法,对工业园区高盐废水进行处理,处理后的回用水作为工业园区企业生产用水的补充水,每年可向园区企业提供1.971×10~6 m^3工业用水,以达到解决工业园区的用水资源短缺问题,并改善和优化水资源利用结构的目的。该工程中高盐废水处理回用技术的应用,取得了良好的经济效益、环境效益、社会效益,具有较好的应用价值,值得在类似的工业园区高盐废水处理回用工程中推广。
Taking an industrial park high salt wastewater treatment and reuse project (design scale 6 000 m^3/d) as an example, the traditional process technology combined with the reverse osmosis method was used to treat high salinity wastewater in industrial park, treated reuse water was used as the make-up water for industrial park production water supply, which could provide 1.971 million m^3/a of industrial water for industrial park enterpriseto solve the problem of water shortage with industrial parks, and to improve and optimize the structure of water utilization purposes. The application technology of high salinity wastewater treatment and reuse in this project has achieved good economic and environmental benefits, social benefits, and has good application value. It is worth to promote in some high salinity wastewater treatment and reuse projects of similar industrial parks.
