摘要 本文从四维服务创新模型出发,在文献回顾的基础上,通过验证式因子分析,构建了测量服务概念创新、界面创新、组织创新和技术创新的量表。以知识密集型服务业为研究对象,使用结构方程技术和集合相关分析,研究了不同创新维度间的交互作用对新服务开发绩效的影响。研究结果显示,一个主导维度的创新,会促进其他创新维度发生变化,不同创新维度间的交互作用能够显著提高新服务开发绩效。 The paper assesses the relationship between interaction of different service innovation dimensions and NSD performance. We collected data via questionnaires through face-to-face interviews with KIBS managers knowledgeable about NSD in their organization (sample size 169). We chose set correlation analysis to assess and evaluate the relationship between service innovation and NSD performance. Research results indicate that there are strongly complementary relationships among concept innovation, interface innovation, organization innovation and technology. This study outlines that the NSD management should perform to foster the different dimensions of service innovation together and thereby enhance the performance of new service development activities.
