摘要
采用超声协同溶胶-凝胶法制备了催化剂SiW12/SiO2,并以SiW12/Si O2为催化剂,考察了催化剂制备条件以及在乙酸苄酯反应工艺中的催化剂活性,并用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:超声作用下制备的负载型催化剂,其活性组分SiW12分散较均匀,且不易脱溶,提高了催化剂的活性及其稳定性。催化剂较好的制备条件为超声频率10 kHz,强度1.0 W/cm2,负载量40%,焙烧温度180℃。当该催化剂用量为1.5 g,在110℃下反应75 min,酯化率可达95.3%。
The effects of ultrasonic,SiW12 loading,calcination temperature,reaction temperature and catalyst dosage on esterification over SiW12/SiO2 catalyst were investigated.The catalysts were characterized by means of Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the SiW12 disperse was uniform on SiO2,and the activity and stability of catalyst was improved.The esterification reached above 95.3% under the conditions of ultrasound frequency 10 kHz,intensity 1.0 W/cm2,SiW12 mass fraction 40%,calcination temperature 180 ℃,catalyst dosage 1.5 g,reaction temperature 110 ℃ and reaction time 75 min.
