固载化杂多酸SiW_(12)/SiO_2催化合成戊二酸二壬酯

摘要 用固载化杂多酸SiW12/SiO2作催化剂、以从混合二元酸分离出来的戊二酸和壬醇为原料合成了戊二酸二壬酯.考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、醇酸摩尔比等条件对反应的影响,确定了合成戊二酸二壬酯的工艺条件.固载化杂多酸催化剂在应用中易于分离、回收率高、在产品中的残留低,催化剂性能稳定,可重复使用15次以上,催化剂成本低.解决了杂多酸催化剂工业化成本高的问题. The synthesis of plasticizer clinonylglutarate in catalysis of supported heteropoly acid Siw12/ Sio2 was carried out by esterification of nonyl alcohol and glutaric acid, separated from dicarboxylic acid, The effect of the dosage of catalyst, reaction femperature and time, alcohol-acid ratio etc was investigated. The process condition of this preparation was determined. Supported heteropoly acid catalyst can be separat-ed easily with a high recovery rate in the application, and with a low residue in the product. The supported heteropoly acid catalyst has a stable performance and can be repeatedly used. The problem of high cost of heteropoly acid catalyst industrialization, has been sioved.
