摘要
以乙酸和苯甲醇为原料,固体超强酸SO42--MoO3-TiO2为催化剂,合成乙酸苄酯。经实验确定最佳的反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1:1.3,其中苯甲醇0.1mol,催化剂用量为10%(以醇质量为基准),带水剂环己烷10mL,反应时间120min,产率可达87.2%。
Synthesis of benzyl acetate using SO4^2--MoO3-TiO2 as catalyst has been studied. The effect of factors on the yield was discussed. The optimized conditions: the molar ratio of benzyl alcohol to acetic acid 1:1.3;the amount of SO4^2--MoO3-TiO2 10%(wt) of benzyl alcohol; the reaction time 120min. The yield is 87.2%.
