摘要
针对传统数控钻铆机铆接过程中托架调平所存在的问题,给出了基于立体视觉及基于结构光的测量方案及两种快速调平算法的数学模型,及两种调平方法的光学测量器件的安装方法,安装位置。最后经试验该方法能够解决现有钻铆机铆接过程中的不足,并且提高了铆接效率。
Conventional riveting machine, CNC drilling process of interference-fit bracket leveling the existing problems, based on the stereo vision and are based on the structure light measurement two quick leveling algorithm, and the mathematical model of two leveling method of optical measurement device installation method, the installation position. Finally, this method can solve the test existing in the process of interference-fit riveting machine, drilling, improve the efficiency of interference-fit.
